You also get an entry into our Iovis mega-giveaway, the winner of which will be announced on September 6th. This giveaway includes:

And now for the places where you can see/hear/experience Anne Waldman and The Iovis Trilogy yourself this fall/winter. If you live in New York City, Tucson, AZ, Berkeley/San Francisco, CA, Athens, GA, Berkeley, CA, Oneonta, NY, or Indianapolis, IN, you could potentially be in the same room as Anne Waldman! And if you need a reminder about why this is a great opportunity, please see our previous blog post. Her schedule of readings and talks has grown considerably and I just added a bunch more tour stops to our website.  You can follow a handy RSS feed of Waldman’s events here, but a complete listing appears below as well.

Before we sign off, if you have seen Anne read in person, please share your experience with us by commenting on this post. We want to hear from you!

  1. Ron Silliman says:

I’ll add the dates to my ongoing poetry calendar, but please note you have the year wrong on the last one.

  2. Oops! I’ll fix that right away. Thanks, Ron!

  3. Clay A says:

One time I saw her talking on her cellphone outside of the 5th Ave./34th CUNY Graduate building. The cellphone, while making perfect sense, had the effect of making her seem at the same time more human, and more legendary.

  4. Monique Avakian says:

I am so excited! I took a one-day workshop with her at the Zen Center in Brooklyn last summer and it was the greatest poetry workshop ever, plus her performance at the end was so inspiring! Thank you!
