I’m doing research on how to obtain funding for a small literary publishing company I started in 2010 called Broken Publications. The company is at the point now where it’s too small to hire people but growing too quickly to be run by myself.
I work for Phati’tude Literary Magazine, a frequent reviewer of your publications, and have noticed that you get funding from outside sources. My question is, how did you obtain that funding, do I have to be a non-profit organization in order to do the same, and where are some resources for serious independent publishers to find potential funding?
